What Should I do if I do not get the tattoo design or the ebook by email within 24 hours after purchase.
There are two things you need to do, First: check your spam folder in your email account. Second: Register a free email account such as Yahoo or Hotmail and then tell us your new email address by fill in the contact us form. Please let us know your original email or name used when you made payment so that we can recognize you as a Paid customer.

What payments options do you offer?
You can purchase the ebook by using credit card or PayPal.

How about your refund policy?
we offer full refund for the tattoo design, but we do not offer refund for the tattoo ebook. Please note that due to the virtual nature of ebooks, we can not refund your money after your purchase.

What are stencils (line drawings) and why are they important?

With your purchase, you also get the STENCILS (LINE DRAWINGS) for the design, which the tattoo artist will use to create the actual tattoo on your body. Many tattoo artists will actually charge more if you bring in a design without stencils to pay for the time it takes them to create them (though they may not tell you they are including this in the price). Buying a design from TattooFinder.com can actually SAVE YOU MONEY!

Other sites sell designs WITHOUT the stencils, so you end up paying a tattoo artist to create the stencils (at $80 - $150 per hour, that can be EXPENSIVE!). Beware of "Smash and Grab" type deals with one-time fees! Sure, you can get a hold of a lot of sub-quality tattoo designs this way, but to get a design tattooed for life, you will end up paying more because the tattooist has to create the stencils!
